A William IV Mahogany Library Ladder Circa 1830 Height 87 x length 84 x width 35 inches. This lot is located in Chicago. Property from the Collection of Benjamin Ruslan Farman, San Francisco, California Condition Report In overall good, stable, usable condition. Disassembles to stairs, base and 'pulpit' section for transport. Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. One side of case with a slightly lighter surface that the other half. The top 'pulpit' area the heavier wear to floor. A few areas of detached trim and veneer, most appear to have been retained.
